​We would like you to read our Purchase & Shipping Terms carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing items via the Farmstead Living Co. website.
Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Purchase & Shipping Terms which constitute the agreement between you and Farmstead Living Co. ABN 40 972 247 930.

PURCHASES
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Farmstead Living Co. is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. Please email hello@farmsteadliving.com.au immediately if you submit your order and then realise that you have entered an incorrect delivery address or delivery instructions.

PURCHASE PRICE
All prices quoted on the Website, or pursuant to any enquiry that you may make with us, are in Australian or (AUD). Pricing is exclusive of GST. We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on our Website from time to time and without notice to you.

PAYMENT
Farmstead Living Co accepts payment via our online store Square payment platform.
We recognise that protection & safety of information relating to your credit card is of the utmost importance. Therefore, we make every effort to provide you with a safe and stress-free online shopping experience.
We do not store your credit card details at any time so consumer confidence and satisfaction are assured at all times.
After you make payment for your order, you will receive a transaction confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order.

eGIFT CARDS
Our eGift Cards are delivered to the recipient electronically via email and have a validity period of 3 years from the date of purchase, they are not redeemable for cash.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Orders will typically be processed within three (3) business days of your order being placed.
SHIPPING
Shipping can only occur within Australia and will be processed by Australia Post.
Free delivery to Naracoorte, SA 5271 on a weekly basis, select LOCAL Naracoorte at checkout.
Free delivery to Horsham, VIC 3400 on a fortnightly basis, select LOCAL Horsham at checkout.
Subject to making prior arrangements with us, we may be available to accommodate delivery to other areas where we exhibit our wares such as markets throughout South East South Australia and Western Victoria; email us hello@farmsteadliving.com.au to discuss this option and be provided with confirmation to proceed through checkout.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES AND COSTS
We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, please use the below as a guide for delivery timeframes within Australia:

Standard Shipping ($15.00): within five (5) and seven (7) business days of us notifying you that your order has been shipped;

Express Shipping (Enquire with us if this is an option you wish to explore) We are in a rural location, please keep in mind.
There may be times where shipping will take a little longer (for example, during peak times such as Christmas). If we receive notification of a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you have not received your Items within our suggested timeframes, please contact us with your full name and order number, and we will investigate on your behalf.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Farmstead Living Co. may vary or cancel your order, if for any reason, we are unable to provide you with the items. We will contact you if there is any issue throughout the fulfilment process.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
You are not permitted to cancel an order, unless expressly agreed to, in writing, by Farmstead Living Co.

DAMAGED, LOST OR INCOMPLETE ORDER
Should your order be damaged or incomplete, please email hello@farmsteadliving.com.au within seven (7) days (including your order number, item code or name of the item you ordered) so that we may assist you further.
We do not take responsibility for items once released to our shipping partner Australia Post.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Any requests for a refund will be handled on a case by case basis notified to us within seven (7) days of delivery, at our sole discretion with our decision being final. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please note that we only offer refunds on faulty products. If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact us immediately at hello@farmsteadliving.com.au

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Farmstead Living Co will not be liable for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising from the use of any products whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
All conditions and warranties, which may be implied by law into these Terms, are excluded except to the extent that it would be unlawful to do so.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of any implied warranty or condition, which cannot be excluded by these Terms, is limited, at our option, to one or more of the following:

Resupply of a product; or

Refund of the product.
